Choosing the right Driving Instructor isn't just about finding the cheapest. Firstly, did you know that some Driving Instructors are not fully qualified? As Trainee's, they are legally licensed to teach for up to 6 months. It is important to compare the qualifications of the Instructor you are getting when comparing prices. 

Trainee's have not passed the final part of the examinations carried out by the DSA. The final exam has a low pass rate nationally (30% - source= DSA Official Report & Accounts 2008/9). Therefore over 2 out of 3 tests of 'Ability to Instruct' are not up to the standard required by the DSA to teach driving. Do you really want to chance being taught by someone who may be sub-standard and who may miss something that is vital to your safety on the road?

All courses include the 'Learn to Drive in 10 Easy Stages' workbook. This can also be purchased separately for use with weekly lessons should you wish. Please note that the course prices do not include the practical test fee (currently £62).
